The mood for the Valentino Fall/Winter 2012/13 is sophisticated, romantic and dreamy but with a dark edge. For the second time Creative Directors Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli chose to work with legendary photographer Deborah Tuberville. The shooting took place in the hisorical Palazzo Valguarnera-Gangi in Palermo, Sicily, known as a jewel of Sicilian Barocco architecture. The combination of Deborah’s talented eye, the casting of modern beauties such as Jac, Caroline Brasch Nielsen and Frida Gustavson along with Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli ’s creative direction created the perfect frame for the Valentino Fall/Winter 2012/13 collection campaign. Here a red leather lace macramé dress accessorized with a red leather Rockstud tote carries the Spring/Summer lace motif into Fall.
